Technical abilities of «TYAZHMASH» group of companies
Powerful intellectual and manufacturing–technical potential of the plant allows creating of high class unique equipment. A number of manufactures equipped with all necessary equipment is a part of the plant.
Mechanical assembly manufacturing ![]()
About 1200 units of metal-cutting equipment including specialized and unit-built machines, automatic and semiautomatic machines, CNC machines and machining centers, unique machines are used in machine-assembly workshops. Among them: boring and turning machine of Ê-19 model with processing diameter up to 25000 mm; a number of boring and turning machines with processing diameter 12500... 13000 mm; horizontal-boring machines with maximum working zone15000õ5000õ3000 mm (LõHõW), including renewed machine «Skoda», «Pama» and Novosibirsky production association «Tyazhstankogidropress»; five-axis high-speed milling and boring machines of Agile ÌÇ and Mecmill models of «Emco-Mecof» company; 10 machining center units manufactured by Ivanovsky plant of heavy machines (IZTS); equipment for deep boring with processing length up to 6000 mm and bore diameter up to 1100 mm; horizontal-honing machine ÍÒÍ8000, with processing diameter from 76 to 450 mm and honing length 8000 mm; thread-cutting machines of KZh-30 and 1682À models with processing diameters 5000 and 4150 mm, with RMTs 16500 and 14000 mm correspondingly; more than 10 units of new lathe machines with CNC manufactured by Ryazansky machine tool plant RSZ with processing diameter up to 1800 mm and RMTs up to 10000 mm; rigid-bed milling machining center of 66Ê45F4 model, with working area overall dimensions 4500x12000x4000 mm (WõLõH); gear-milling machine of KU-306 model (produced by KZTS) for machining of exact gear wheels by singular division method up to 12500 mm and by running method with diameter up to 5000 mm, with weight up to 180 tons; machines produced by «Libkher» and «Klingelnberg» companies of L3002 and ÀÌÊ-852 models correspondingly, allowing processing of hardened beveled gears of cyclopalloid toothing with diameter up to 1100 mm.
Mobile instrumentation complex «FARO» allowing obtaining of the products geometrical parameters with accuracy 0,1 mm in sphere with radius 35 000 m.
Metallurgical production ![]()
Metallurgical production has possibility to perform casting from grey cast iron (up to 10 tons) and from high-strength cast iron (up to 6 tons), as well as wear-resistant and bronze casting. To execute gas cementation and nitrocarburizing of gear wheels and pinion-shafts up to 1500 mm and with length up to 1500 mm. Hardening of plain bevel gears in ÀÍ-1200 press with diameter up to 1200 mm; hardening of shafts with high frequency currents, pinion-shafts and pinions with diameter up to 6000 mm and length up to 3000 mm. Electrodeposited coatings for parts of different types:
- chemical oxidation;
- chemical phosphatizing;
- bright zinc plating;
- hard chromium plating of hydraulic parts with length up to 8000 mm with reweighing.
Welding production ![]()
The updated («Kometa» models) and new (Falcon and SUPRAREX models made by ESAB, the last is equipped with three-cutter swiveling block for edge cutting) thermal cutting machines with CNC for sheet material cutting (gas-flame and plasma cutting) are used in procuring and assembly-welding production. For sheet material cutting the laser cutting machine ByStar 3015 made by ByStronic company is used. Hydraulic presses with the stress 800 ton-force to1250 ton-force; sheet bending and forming machines including HEAUSLER unique rolls allowing processing of sheet material with width up to 4000 mm and thickness up to 240 mm («hot» method), maximum width of an expanded sidewall in conditions of PJSC «TYAZHMASH» manufacture may reach 8000 mm at maximum thickness 30 mm; units for electro-slag welding of ring and line welds with thickness up to 350 mm are used in manufacturing.
While manufacturing, PJSC «TYAZHMASH» actively applies modern technologies of gas flame and plasma spraying and planetary welding. Special attention is paid to automated and robotic welding and building-up welding machines (including stainless, anti-friction and high-alloy materials) and flux core welding.
More than 100 units of up-to-date welding equipment of «Kemppi», «Fronius», «ITS», «ESAB», «Koike» companies including welder units for manual welding and automatic submerged arc welding are used for gas shielded welding.
The contract has been concluded for purchasing modern machines within the project of equipment upgrading and replacement in 2009. Up-to-date equipment from well-known manufacturers will significantly be able to enhance the quality of the products and to shorten the production time, to master advance technologies of production and provide ecological safety of industrial facilities. Owing to modern technical reequipment «TYAZHMASH» group of companies will reach the new production level.
In 2010-2011, the new equipment for the plant will be mounted and started. Rigged-bed milling centers FRUFQ 450B-VR\14 and FRUFQ 300B-VR\10, as well as horizontal boring mill SPIRIT will allow machining the parts of any complexity. For the first time the plant will get the opportunity of mechanical treatment simultaneously in five steering axle groups.
Painting of parts in paint-drying chambers VENUS 1287 and VENUS 2087 not only enhances the quality and wear resistance of the parts but also facilitates maximum drying time reduction. Besides, the equipment fully conforms to world standards ecological requirements.
Shotblasting chambers Blastlux PC-BL 1287 will be started on the enterprise equipped with dust cleaning and ventilation units with automatic filters cleaning. One of the requirements for the chambers –is the use of only high quality abrasive materials. Lightening inside the chamber with 40 luminescent lamps will be able to exclude the errors happening while equipment operation and part machining. The chambers will be installed in three assembly-and-welding shops.
In 2010 4-rolled bending machines FACCIN Synchro 4 HEL 3139, FACCIN Synchro 4 HEL 2622 and FACCIN Synchro 4 HEL/S 4090 and bending press PSG 330\440 will be mounted. Such equipment has unquestionable advantages against the machines used today: milling speed, moving operating console for roller control, wide choice of bending forms, and one of the most important advantages – automatic control system consequently decreasing human factor impact on parts quality.
Heat-treatment furnace with moving out bottom PP-KP 43\1200 will be installed in a short time. Heating of furnace will be carried out using gas-fired burners and natural gas will be used as pollution-free fuel. Power, high accuracy and wide range of operating temperatures (up to 1100° Ñ) facilitates enlargement of processing capabilities of our enterprise and quality improvement of the products being manufactured.
