Vibration dampers

Vibration dampers used for pipelines disconnection are designed for limitation of vibration of pipelines being subject to periodical thermal deformations during the operation. Vibration damper does not take up static load from the weight of pipelines.



Operation temperature:
in normal conditions 70°C
in emergency 145°C
Permissible displacement in temperature deformations of the equipment to be fixed:
along the axis ±50 mm
perpendicular to the axis ±100 mm
Resistance force to temperature expansions of the equipment to be fixed, not more 20 kgf
Permissible loads, not more 1500 kgf
Maximum momentary loads 6000 kgf
Total length with tolerance for adjustment on assembly 930+25/-15
Vibration decrease of NPP pipelines 5-10 times
Weight 46 kg
