Idlers for belt conveyers

Types of the idlers manufactured: plain idlers of pulling chain and return run, impact idlers, disc and cleaning idlers.
The idlers are produced with inset or replenished lubricant. Beating of idlers:
normal – 1%D mm, acceptable Vl 3,15 m/s;
precise – 0,6%D mm, acceptable Vl 4,5 m/s;
highly precise – 0,3%D mm, acceptable Vl6,3 m/s.
45 years of approbation in the hardest operation conditions and continuous design development taking into account scientific and experimental investigations. High accuracy of production using CNC machines, special German and Japan assembly multispindle automatic machines. Two-sided multistage reliable (radial clearance in labyrinth 0,3 mm) protection and isolation of bearing assembly units from idler internal space, and sufficient quantity of lubricant in them. Ability of replenishment or complete replacement of lubricant without idlers dismantling.
Each idler running under load at assembly.
Selection of idlers parameters taking into account the loads, modes and operation conditions, provides the operating life (5 years) of 90% idlers, minimal expenses for maintenance, low power consumption and prime cost of transportation. Idlers service experience on cargo traffics from 2 to 30 mln.t/year showed that life duration of the idlers reached 20-25 years at transportation of light materials on HPP and 5-10 years at MPC (mining and processing complexes) at transportation of even lump size iron ore.
